Janaki (Reema Sen) is a NRI, comes to india along with her sister. She joins in a college, staying at her uncle house. Ramana (Uday Kiran) studying in the same college, like music and spends time in music class with his friends. Janaki is die-hard music fan, makes friendship with Ramana. Soon they become close and like each other. One day, they decide to meet up in Ramana house and they make love. After few days, Janaki informs Ramana about her pregnancy. Ramana was shocked and asked to abort the child. But, Janaki wants the baby as her mother will born again. The rest of the story is about how they face problems in college and at their homes?
