Narayana Murthy (Sathyaraj) is an honest government employee. Suri(Ram Pothineni) loves his father and he is ready to die or kill anyone for his father. Rajappa (Rao Ramesh) blackmails Narayana Murthy to get approval for a building which was illegally constructed. But Narayana Murthy who is going to retire in few days, refuses and wanted to retire clean. One day, Gaja (Murali Sharma) saves Narayana Murthy from an accident. Learning this, Suri makes friendship with Gaja and helps in his settlements. One day, Narayana Murthy praises a girl in temple, so that suri decides to marry her without seeing her face. Rajappa appoints Gaja for the task of taking signature from Narayana Murthy. The rest of the story is about how suri save his father from Rajappa evil plans?
