Srimann Narayana(Nandamuri Balakrishna) is a college professor who doesn't tolerate injustice. A new student Janaki(Sneha Ullal) joins his college and falls in love with him. Meanwhile, Janaki father Jagadish Prasad(Rahman) comes to meet his daughter was shocked to see Srimann and remembers his past and reveals that Srimann is his nephew. Srimann grandmother narrates the story of her son Dr. Narasimha(Nandamuri Balakrishna) and his wife Gayatri(Nayantara) and how they were killed. The rest of the story is about how Srimann takes revenge for his parents death??
