Karthik (Ravi Teja) is an owner of Kartikeya Industries. He dedicated to his family and anything comes after his family. Karthik has troubles in his factory, he give complaints but no one take care. He challenge CI and solve his case. Meanwhile, he fell in love with Pushpa (Raashi Khanna). Irfan Lala (Freddy Daruwala) kills a student activist in a pub, Karthik's sister was the eye witness. Karthik informs to DGP Ramachandra Rao(Sayaji Shinde) and makes a sketch of murderer. DGP comes to Karthik and scolds that he was dead long ago. Meanwhile, Karthik sister identifies him near shopping mall and was shocked to see Irfan was alive, who he killed long back. Karthik flashback was revealed as ACP Karthikeya. The restof the story is about why he resigns his police job and living as normal citizen? What is the story of ACP Karthikeya?
