Writer is a Crime Thriller film Written and Directed by Debutant Franklin Jacob and produced by Neelam Productions in association with Golden Ratio Films, Little Red Car Films and Jetty Productions. The film stars Samuthirakani and Hari Krishnan in important roles and Music is Composed by Govind Vasantha. Cinematography work done by Pratheep Kaliraja, where Editing by Manigandan Sivakumar. Thangaraj is a writer at a police station. He has been on a mission to unionise the police department, which has proven to be an impossible task in a corrupt system. At the fag end of his service, he's unwittingly made complicit in a case victimising a PhD student. With his guilt and regret looming large, can he save the young man?
